Parts Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Parts Clerk to join our dynamic team at Desjardins Ste-Adele Marine Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling parts and accessories, advising customers, and maintaining inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise customers on parts and accessories, both in-store and over the phone
  • Sell and order parts for customers
  • Replenish missing inventory and maintain a clean and organized parts department
  • Participate in the cleanliness of the parts department
  • Perform all tasks related to the proper functioning of the department
Requirements:
  • Experience or training in a related parts department or adequate training (mechanics, parts clerk) an asset
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to manage several files at the same time
  • Ability to manage periods of stress
  • Strong aptitude for teamwork
  • Computer skills
  • Autonomy
  • French and English spoken and written (an asset)
  • Knowledge of LAUTOPAK software (an asset)
