Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our food preparation team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food products in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, dining area, and kitchen.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Operate cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive team culture.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
