Job Summary:
Lifemark Health Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at Active Physio Works Servus Place. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and clinical reasoning.
- Continuously evaluate patient progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize electronic charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
- Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
- Engage in ongoing learning, mentorship, and skills development to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications:
- Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Physiotherapists.
- Experience treating patients in an outpatient rehabilitation clinical setting is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multidisciplinary work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and start work with minimal supervision.
