About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Nagomi Sushi. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen staff and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menus to enhance our culinary offerings
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to prepare and cook high-quality dishes
  • Work closely with our purchasing team to source the freshest and highest-quality ingredients
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of success in leading kitchen teams and improving culinary standards
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
