French Language Customer Support Specialist

Arbonne International is an international social selling company dedicated to empowering individuals to improve their lives through high-quality, innovative products. We're looking for a French Language Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch support to our consultants and preferred clients via phone and email, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Offering expert advice on our product lines, including vegan skincare, cosmetics, and nutrition, to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Participating in company events, such as training initiatives and corporate social responsibility activities, to foster a sense of community and teamwork.
To excel in this role, you'll require:
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of business principles and procedures.
- Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment, preferably in the retail sales sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Fluency in French, with bilingual French Canadian skills highly desirable.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the growth of our consultants.
