Role Description

We are looking for a Bilingual (French/English) Medical Customer Experience Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on providing exceptional customer service to our patients regarding all aspects of their hormone treatments.

As the first point of contact for our French- and English-speaking patients, you will handle patient inquiries, concerns, and support needs while ensuring a seamless and patient-centered experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and multitasker with a passion for healthcare and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding bilingual customer service (French & English) regarding hormone treatments.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve patient issues effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Monitor patient feedback and contribute to service improvements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely patient information.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment details.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills.
  • Experience in customer support or patient experience preferred.
  • Ability to empathize with patients and address their needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or a medical setting is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
