Food Service Manager

Mogouyan Hand Pulled Noodle is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Inventory and Budgeting: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and physically demanding.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, team player, and initiative.
