Job Summary:

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring that they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
  • Assist clients with special needs, providing support and guidance as required.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of all parties involved.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that they are equipped to perform their roles to the highest standard.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring that the security team is operating efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a security-related role, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Security Guard License and Criminal Record Check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to stand for extended periods.
Working Conditions:

The Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of physical activity required. The successful candidate will be able to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to stand for extended periods.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The Security Supervisor will work a standard 35-40 hour week, with flexibility to work overtime as required.
