Store Manager

Hasty Market is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store activities, managing staff, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and optimize daily store operations to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including inventory management and payroll administration.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to staff.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- 1-7 months of retail management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and technology.
- Green job: This role involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
- Permanent employment.
- English language required.
- 30-40 hours per week.
