The Office of the Chief Information Officer at Memorial University is seeking a highly skilled Network Administrator III to join their team. This is a 5-year contractual position that offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities- Developing and maintaining appropriate documentation for existing environments.
- Establishing the regular monitoring of all IT environmental infrastructures and providing regular reporting against baselines.
- Working with other departmental units as part of a team to complete critical projects.
- Providing recommendations for improvements or changes to existing environments.
- Working with management to acquire and install required upgrades.
- Consulting on new network/data sites for ITS.
- Engaging with members of the ITS Security Team on cybersecurity matters.
- Managing problem resolution via working with both internal and external groups.
- Experience (3-5 years) in an enterprise network environment.
- Graduation from university with a degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment.
- A strong capacity for attention to detail.
- The ability to document their work.
