About the Role

Cyberatics Ventures Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Network Administrator to join our team. As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and administering local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Maintenance and Administration: Ensure the smooth operation of our network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, and mainframe networks.
  • Hardware and Software Evaluation and Installation: Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software to ensure optimal performance.
  • Problem-Solving and Support: Provide expert problem-solving services to network users, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement data, software, and hardware security procedures to protect our network and sensitive information.
  • Backup and Recovery: Perform regular data backups and disaster recovery operations to ensure business continuity.
  • Network Setup and Configuration: Set up local area networks and connections to the Internet, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Work Environment: This is a permanent, full-time position with a standard 35-hour workweek.
  • Language and Communication: English is the primary language used in this role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
