Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Active Green and Ross. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee data, financial information, and other sensitive materials.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with experience in data entry, bookkeeping, and other administrative tasks.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work Environment: 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the team.
