We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team at E Z G Construction Corp.

Job Summary:

The Finish Carpenter will be responsible for installing and finishing various components of buildings, including windows, doors, stairs, and mouldings. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials
  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
  • Schedule and coordinate work on sites
  • Instruct apprentices and supervise other workers
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the trade
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy and dusty environments
  • Willingness to travel regularly and relocate
  • Reliability, efficient interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic
