Elid Construction Inc. is seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team. As a Finish Carpenter, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials
- Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
- Maintaining, repairing, and renovating residences and wooden structures in various settings
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in confined spaces, noisy environments, and with dusty conditions
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to handle heavy loads
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
Our team works in a fast-paced construction environment with various locations. You will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and with heavy equipment.
