Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse - Acute Medicine Unit

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our dynamic team in the Acute Medicine Unit at Humber River Health.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment

- Coordinate care with an interprofessional team

- Complete electronic documentation using Meditech 6.0

- Participate in unit-based projects and hospital committees

- Mentor new hires and pre-grad nursing students

Requirements:

- Graduate from a recognized Registered Practical Nursing program

- Current RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

- Current BCLS certification

- Excellent organizational skills and critical thinking

- Minimum 2 years of recent medical experience

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
