Job Summary

Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited is seeking a Surveillance Operator to join our team. As the eyes of the Casino, you will ensure the security of customers, staff, and assets by maintaining continuous surveillance of gaming areas and the entire property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor gaming areas and property using audio and video equipment.
  • Identify, record, document, and report unusual or suspicious activity.
  • Protect company assets and gaming integrity by monitoring compliance.
  • Assist with investigations and maintain detailed and accurate logs.

Requirements

  • Reliability, diligence, and a high level of integrity.
  • Self-motivated and contribute positively to a team environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends.
  • Experience using surveillance equipment and software is an asset.
