Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mental Health Research Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research coordination, with experience in clinical studies, data analysis, and research regulatory processes. This is a full-time position reporting to the Director, Research and Academics.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate research operations, including patient participant recruitment and data collection
- Provide training and guidance to staff members on research regulatory processes and procedures
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance mental health research
- Assist in the preparation and submission of research funding proposals
Requirements:
- Master's degree in health-related field (PhD an asset)
- 5-7 years' experience supporting research at academic department or research institute
- Minimum 3 years' experience in mental health research
- Background in pharmacogenomics research or related topic
