Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently quote new jobs that are out for tender, ensuring that requested specifications are achievable and meet customer requirements.
  • Prepare invoices for order entry through our internal computerized software, AS400.
  • Expedite quotations, including follow-up of customer requests.
  • Promote Westburne as an automation solutions provider by maintaining a high level of technical expertise and customer service.
  • Work closely with outside sales and technical personnel to support customers and grow the knowledge base.
  • Explore new customer opportunities and build brand recognition.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Prior quotations experience in a similar industry.
