Overview

The Sales Associate role at QE Home is a dynamic opportunity to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing sales, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for every customer
  • Utilize product knowledge to inform and educate customers, driving sales and building customer loyalty
  • Effectively troubleshoot customer concerns, providing clear and concise solutions
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends, sharing your passion for fashion and home decor with customers

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous sales and retail experience preferred, with a proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, with a focus on achieving store goals and objectives
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience in home styling or fashion retail an asset, but not required
