Job Summary

Cenergy International is seeking a highly skilled Data Platform Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Data Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and administering various data platforms within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead system implementation and design for cloud data platforms (Azure, Snowflake, Databricks) and other key data platforms (Open Government portal, Cloudera, etc.)
  • Support the design and build of scalable and reliable data infrastructure, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines to improve company data product delivery, analytics, and data science teams
  • Deliver data platform management and administration, in alignment with the organization's strategic goals, to manage, govern, and integrate data within government
  • Configure and tune cloud-based tools to manage cost, security, and compliance for the environments
  • Provide services to support data privacy and security in adherence to enterprise policies (access control, security policies across platforms, etc.)
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve and optimize cloud and on-premises infrastructure systems in non-functional perspective: scalability, reliability, performance, capacity, availability, and disaster recovery

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in Computer Science
  • 4 years of experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, Purview, & OS Platforms
