Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a professional team to provide services in Foster Homes and the community.
  • Provide scheduled, goal-focused services to families and individuals.

  • Conduct case notes, reports, and other administrative tasks.
  • Transport children/youth while providing services.
Requirements:
  • Certificate, diploma, or degree in Child and Youth Care Practitioner from a recognized college or university.
  • 2-5 years of experience providing services to children/youth and/or families with critical needs.
  • Current Verbal De-escalation Certification with experience in crisis prevention.
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Knowledge of FASD, ODD, autism, ADHD, anxiety disorders, and other diagnoses.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and report-writing skills.
