- Leadership and Team Management
- Provide guidance and support to Shift Leaders, Shift Managers, and Team Members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Coach and train team members to develop their skills and achieve operational excellence.
- Cash Handling and Financial Management
- Manage cash handling, reconcile cash, and complete daily paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in managing labor, inventory, and supplies to optimize restaurant performance.
- Customer Service and Experience
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service by managing daily operations and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
