Key Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to comprehend business processes at a detailed level.
  2. Create and own user stories/business requirements documents as an outcome of requirements gathering sessions, detailing out user stories in agile sprints for the scrum team to work upon.
  3. Attend daily stand-ups, story-pointing meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure progress on requests and removal of blockers.
  4. Identify business process improvements and opportunities for automation.
  5. Document work using flow charts, written descriptions, screenshots, and videos.
  6. Participate in roadmap planning, identifying touch points in multi-cloud implementations.
  7. Apply knowledge, skills, and judgment to make decisions and resolve issues.
  8. React to process and product-related questions, escalating issues to the correct team or management as necessary.
  9. Participate in UAT and Go-Live process, including test planning, development of test scripts, test execution, and status reporting.
  10. Develop strong client relationships by building trust, rapport, and positive working relationships with stakeholders and team members.

Requirements include 4+ years of experience in enterprise software as an analyst or product owner, experience within CPQ and/or Contract Lifecycle Automation, and proven capability to understand business strategies and application objectives, translating those requirements into effective implementation designs.

Excellent written and visual communication skills are required, with the ability to clearly document requirements and process assets using text, diagrams, and videos. Clear verbal communication skills are also necessary, with the ability to effectively interact with business stakeholders to drive discussion.

Self-directed individuals with the ability to break down complex processes, assign actions, and manage progress toward a set timeline are ideal candidates for this role.
