Reservations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Executive Residency by Best Western. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Operations: Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks, maintain computer systems and equipment, and arrange repairs to ensure business continuity.
- Materials and Supplies: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked front desk.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Our hotel is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a large workload and tight deadlines. As a Reservations Supervisor, you will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional bending and crouching.
