At Aramark Canada Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, as well as maintaining general ledgers and financial statements. You will also be responsible for reconciling accounts and preparing other statistical, financial and accounting reports. Additionally, you will be required to keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, with experience in financial software and systems. Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
