Job Description

As a Senior Manager Policy Governance at RBC Bank (Georgia), National Association, you will be responsible for ensuring the bank's compliance with the Enterprise Policy Management framework. This involves assessing the bank's execution of Enterprise Policy Governance requirements, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective actions. You will also be responsible for managing and supporting the development of new policies, ensuring that policies, standards, and procedures remain current, and chairing the monthly RBC Bank Enterprise Review and Policy Committee (EP&RC).

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess the bank's execution of Enterprise Policy Governance requirements and identify gaps.
2. Manage and support the development of new policies, consulting with business units and providing project management support.
3. Ensure that policies, standards, and procedures remain current and promote the safety and soundness of the bank.
4. Chair the monthly RBC Bank Enterprise Review and Policy Committee (EP&RC) and facilitate training as needed.

Requirements:
College Bachelor's Degree or Higher
10+ Years Management experience
5+ Years Risk Policy experience
3+ Years Operational Risk experience with Policy responsibilities
5+ Years Credit/Lending experience with Policy responsibilities
Senior level experience at large financial institution in areas of Risk Management, Policy, Compliance, Internal Audit, and/or Operational Risk
Demonstrated experience and proven results leading large-scale enterprise-wide projects
Strong understanding of Policy Governance with the ability to deliver results in leading change management processes
Experience in liaising with auditors and regulators
