Job Description

We are currently looking for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Solventum. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new manufacturing processes and technologies. Your expertise will play a crucial role in driving efficiency, reducing costs, and improving product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop new manufacturing processes and technologies
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes
  • Maintain accurate records of production data and process improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
