Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Services Coordinator to join our team at CANADA INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating office services to ensure the smooth operation of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including communication with staff and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, or equivalent experience
  • Asset languages: Arabic

Working Conditions
