Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Masonry Supervisor to join our team at Heritage Masonry. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of masonry structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of bricklayers, apprentices, and other tradespeople
  • Plan and schedule construction activities to meet project deadlines
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Develop and implement methods to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve work-related issues
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in masonry construction
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
