About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Divine Sleep Products Inc. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in promoting our products and services to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Sales to Existing Clients

You will be responsible for promoting our products and services to existing clients, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Identify and Solicit Potential Clients

You will be responsible for identifying and soliciting potential clients, researching their needs, and developing strategies to acquire new business.

Assess Client Needs and Resources

You will be responsible for assessing client needs and resources, recommending the appropriate products or services, and providing exceptional customer service.

Deliver Sales Presentations

You will be responsible for delivering sales presentations, showcasing our products and services, and building strong relationships with clients.

Prepare and Administer Sales Contracts

You will be responsible for preparing and administering sales contracts, ensuring that all agreements are clear and concise.

Use Sales Forecasting Software

You will be responsible for using sales forecasting software to track sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Consult with Clients After Sale

You will be responsible for consulting with clients after sale, providing ongoing support, and ensuring that their needs are met.

Resolve Product and Service-Related Problems

You will be responsible for resolving product and service-related problems, providing solutions, and ensuring that clients are satisfied.

Resolve Issues That May Arise

You will be responsible for resolving issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.

Requirements
  • Education

A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.

Transportation/Travel Information

A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel regularly.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail.

Personal Suitability

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
