Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of concrete construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of concrete cutting, demolition, flooring, resurfacing, and related services.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of concrete construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.C coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and quality standards.Conduct on-site consultations and assessments to understand project requirements and develop detailed plans.Lead and mentor a team of skilled workers, fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.Prepare and present progress reports, manage project documentation, and handle any issues that arise.E nsure compliance with local regulations and industry standards for all project activities.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on concrete work.
  • Strong understanding of concrete cutting, demolition, flooring, resurfacing, and related services.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites.
