Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities

Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Quality Control

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary to maintain our high standards.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and use this data to inform business decisions.

Scheduling

Establish work schedules that meet the needs of the business and ensure that staff are adequately staffed to meet customer demand.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role is preferred.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Schedule

40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
