About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Business Development and Customer Success Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the healthcare sector, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and conduct meetings with existing leads and potential clients across Quebec.
  • Present our innovative products to doctors, practitioners, and administrative staff.
  • Persuade clients to adopt our solutions, oversee onboarding, and provide excellent after-sales support.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring their success with our solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's growth and success.
  • Represent the company at medical conferences and other industry events to build our presence.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Advocate for clients' needs and work with internal teams to enhance the client experience.
  • Stay current with the latest clinical data and research to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a relevant scientific field, with experience in sales.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in the healthcare sector, particularly with hospitals and clinics.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills to build and nurture relationships.
  • Excellent at planning, managing tasks, and paying attention to detail.
  • Proactive and driven with a confident approach to tasks.
  • Skilled in interpreting and presenting complex clinical information.
  • Flexible and capable of adjusting to evolving products and healthcare systems.
  • Bilingual in English and French, with strong communication abilities in both languages.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
