Job Description
We are seeking an administrative assistant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing lead client service, responding to inquiries, updating paperwork, maintaining files, and organizing client deposits and withdrawals. You will also work closely with clients to ensure they are up to date with registered plan contributions and complete customized quarterly portfolio reports. Additionally, you will maintain our unique New Worth Growth Plan system and assist with organizing annual planning and review meetings.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Update and maintain client files and paperwork.
- Organize client deposits and withdrawals and confirm with clients when completed.
- Work with clients to ensure they are up to date with registered plan contributions.
- Complete customized quarterly portfolio reports.
- Maintain our unique New Worth Growth Plan system.
- Assist with organizing annual planning and review meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. It is an advantage if you are licensed, but if not, we expect you to commit to becoming licensed.
