Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and meeting sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts and provide advice about merchandise to customers.
  • Advertise and promote products, sales, or services to customers and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate sales records for inventory control.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Availability to work 30 hours per week.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
