We are seeking an exceptional Hotel Manager to join our team at Hôtel Nelligan, a luxurious establishment in the heart of Old Montreal. With 5-10 years of experience in hotel management and a degree in hospitality, you will oversee the smooth operation of our property, ensuring high standards and quality across all aspects.

This demanding role requires a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and positively impact those around you. You will be responsible for managing financial resources, material resources, and teams to achieve targets in guest experience, staff management, and financial results.

As a key member of our executive committee, you will work closely with various stakeholders, develop a clear vision, and collaborate on strategic planning for the property. Your expertise in hotel management, knowledge of local and international markets, and passion for hospitality make you an ideal candidate for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain effective communication with headquarters departments.
  • Monitor and manage costs, optimizing resource allocation.
  • Serve as a member of the Corner Collection Executive Committee.
  • Collaborate on strategic planning, developing a clear vision for the property.
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in hotel management or operations.
  • Degree in hospitality or related field.
  • Expertise in hotel management, ideally with luxury products.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Bilingual in French and English for effective communication with guests and colleagues.
  • Possession of a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.
