Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at GV Immigration Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our financial operations and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of our financial resources.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage and oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
