Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Nova World Group Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major financial departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of financial regions, divisions or departments
  • Establish financial objectives for the organization and formulate or approve financial policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in financial negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 hours per week
