Job Title: Lead Business Solutions Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Mircom Group of Companies. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in understanding and translating business needs into functional requirements for our Dynamics 365 systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate these requirements into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Leverage your knowledge of Dynamics 365 (CRM/F&O) to provide functional support and guidance.
  • Configure D365 modules as needed to align with business processes.
  • Analyze existing business processes and workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains through the use of D365.
  • Design and recommend solutions within D365 to address business needs.
  • Ensure that proposed solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for D365-related issues.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of D365 implementation projects.
  • Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Coordinate and conduct testing of D365 solutions to ensure they meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, solution designs, and process workflows.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or CBAP) are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP).
  • Proven analytical skills with strong ability to analyze data, recognize patterns, and solve problems.
  • Strong Critical Thinking skills to evaluate information and arguments, making reasoned judgments.
  • Fanatical attention to detail with precision in carrying out tasks and spotting errors or inconsistencies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills - verbal and written.
  • Highly motivated and ability to work independently.
  • Strong team player.
