Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at Momentum Financial Services Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store profitability by executing sales strategies effectively.
  • Provide quality customer sales experiences through efficient execution of all customer transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Determine customers' needs and provide them with solutions that satisfy those needs, building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Handle cash and accurately enter transactions into the system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Resolve customer issues and improve satisfaction by negotiating payment terms and schedules.
  • Complete all documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment by following safety, security, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Be sales driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Have a minimum of one year of financial services and sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Have a strong foundation in math and communication skills, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Have previous cash handling experience, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
