Gameplay Director

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Gameplay Design to spearhead the creative vision for our upcoming title, Star Wars: Eclipse. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with the creative leadership to craft an immersive experience that captivates players.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and refine the overall vision for gameplay mechanics, ensuring seamless integration with the narrative and artistic vision;
- Lead and inspire the game design team, providing clear direction and a unified vision for gameplay;
- Design innovative game mechanics that harmonize with the narrative and aesthetics of the game;
- Collaborate with management teams to ensure gameplay consistency and excellence across all aspects of the game;
- Conduct in-depth gameplay analyses and user tests to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation;
- Proven experience as a Game Designer or Game Director, with expertise in gameplay design;
- Strong understanding of game design principles and emerging trends in the video game industry;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team;
- Passion for video games and commitment to artistic and storytelling excellence.
