School Bus Driver

About the Role:
At First Student, we prioritize student safety and well-being. As a School Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe transportation of students to and from school. Our team of professional drivers is dedicated to providing reliable and quality services to 1,100 school districts across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a school bus safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition.
- Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other drivers and support staff to ensure seamless transportation services.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
- At least 21 years old.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to undergo and pass a Ministry-prescribed medical examination and background checks.
