Tutor Doctor is seeking a General Support Tutor to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Tutor Doctor General Support Tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students who require additional support in their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to students' homes (pre-screened)
  • Schedule consistent weekly tutoring appointments with students or their parents

Requirements:

  • Availability between 4PM-9PM on weeknights and weekends, as these are generally the times requested by clients
  • Open to completing a criminal background check, if not already completed

Location: North Toronto area – Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Markham, North York, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in or graduated post-secondary school
  • The ability/experience to provide support in any subjects including: Math, Science, French & Language at all levels
  • Access to a vehicle, and able to travel to the student's area
  • Specialized training/education in learning disabilities, special needs, etc.
