We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of branch operations and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operations, resources, and personnel to ensure efficient branch operations and services.
  • Communicate with customers to provide expert advice on product use and application.
  • Arrange work schedules, dispatch, and coordinate application and delivery equipment to minimize costs.
  • Maintain accurate records, including vehicle logs, sales records, delivery information, and application records.
  • Assist the operations manager in ensuring the proper utilization and maintenance of application, delivery units, and location equipment.
  • Load and unload containers, pallets, or materials and products safely on trucks, trailers, or railcars.

Requirements:

  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to work extended hours, particularly during peak seasons.
  • Valid class G or DZ driver's license (depending on work location) and a clean driving abstract.
  • Working knowledge of crop protection products, plant food, seed, and custom application equipment and application practices.
  • Ability to operate application equipment, work at an elevator, in the shop, and/or deliver product with trucks from the elevator and warehouse.
  • Must have or be able to obtain various licenses, permits, and certificates, such as forklift certification and TDG.
