Community Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Manager to join our team at Centurion Asset Management Inc. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service delivery for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, staff, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to resident inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including the Residential Tenancies Act, Labour Relations Act, Fire Code, and Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation, including financial reports and variance analysis.
- Assist with the completion of risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate risk.
- Collaborate with the Senior Property Manager to ensure effective and efficient management of the property.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in property management, with a focus on customer service and resident relations.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Experience with Yardi property management systems is an asset.
- Annual Salary: $55,000-65,000/yr
