Project Manager System Integration Specialist

As a Project Manager - Electric Vehicle Propulsion Systems, you will play a key role in the development of innovative electric propulsion systems for the motorsports industry. You will lead all development activities, including presentations to the executive committee, budget preparation, and development schedule setting.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of engineers and design technicians to implement electric vehicle propulsion systems in all BRP product lines.
- Work closely with Design, Marketing, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering, and Service departments to coordinate project-related activities.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of electric propulsion systems, high voltage, lithium-ion battery, AC/DC charger, ISO, and embedded software.
- Five years of project management experience.
- Recognized certification in project management (PMP, ACP, PSM, etc.) is an asset.
- Experience working in matrix environments.
