As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading all development activities for our electric vehicle propulsion systems. This includes presentations to our executive committee, preparing budgets for operations and capital expenditures, and setting development schedules.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of engineers and design technicians in implementing electric vehicle propulsion systems across all BRP product lines.
- Work closely with Design, Marketing, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering, and Service departments to coordinate project-related activities.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of electric propulsion systems, high voltage, lithium-ion battery, AC/DC charger, ISO, and embedded software.
- Five years of project management experience, with a recognized certification in project management (PMP, ACP, PSM, etc.) an asset.
- Experience working in matrix environments and bilingual (French and English).
