Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Strategy and Business Improvement to provide strategic leadership and direction to our Strategy and Business Improvement Branch. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for strategic planning, enterprise project management, and business improvement initiatives across our core business areas of liquor retailing, gaming, and regulatory services.

Main Responsibilities: The successful candidate will lead and facilitate the Corporate Project Management Committee, providing strategic leadership for corporate strategies in functional areas such as strategic planning, enterprise project management, and business improvement. You will also develop framework development and oversight to operational and strategic planning, project management, and business improvement models within SLGA.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration/Commerce or related discipline. A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role, is essential. Certification in change management, project management, program management, strategic planning, and deployment, as well as continuous improvement, would be an asset.
