Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice on commercial real estate transactions
  • Work collaboratively with clients, counsel, banks, accountants, and team members to achieve common goals
  • Draft complex commercial contracts and provide financing solutions
  • Prioritize multiple projects and manage time effectively
Requirements
  • 2+ years of practice as a lawyer
  • CRE focused practice
  • Strong legal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organization skills and work ethic
