Nespresso Coffee Advisor Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Nespresso Coffee Advisor to join our team. As a Nespresso Coffee Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting Nespresso coffee products, sharing your expertise with customers and staff, and building strong relationships with store associates and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excite customers by promoting Nespresso coffee products and sharing your expert knowledge.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with store associates and management.
  • Elevate the customer experience by providing coffee samples and demos of all Nespresso products.
  • Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to management.
  • Promote and leverage product promotions.
  • Work with multiple Nespresso trade partners at 1 to 3 store locations daily.

Requirements:

  • Retail sales experience.
  • Engaging personality and comfortable approaching customers.
  • Part-time weekend availability.
  • Passion for coffee.
  • Reliable transportation to and from location(s).
